allows ophthalmologists (only) to contact our secretary after login, then to download a template and explain on that the patients situation, before submitting that to the "Moderator of the Month" who is one of our members. After optimizing the case presentation with the moderator we ask our members for their oppinion on an own app (mobilize). The comments of the members in the coming 2 weeks will get send to the submitting ophthalmologist: free for him and also the patient.
